French shampoo hair product advertisement dish, I believe it to be from a hairdressing salon.

So what is it..? I believe it to be a lipstick, tip change or for those fancy French cigars / cigerattes "Gitanies" an ash tray although its never been used.
Marked on rear Opalex Made in France, Modele Depose. Made from glass, mild green perhaps not jadeite but similar. 14cm approx long. No damage issues and well cared for, with no residue of smoke or ash.
