DeVilbiss “Perfumizer” Cat #1227 –Fostoria Glass Dandelion Pattern- 1908
Fostoria Glass designed and made this elegant intaglio cut and polished glass shaker style bottle, with polished nickel and Pipe Point nozzle and a chromium-plated collar. This DeVilbiss design has the beading pattern at the base of the spray head and the hexagonally-shaped spray barrel.
Stamped on the metal cup where the squeeze bulb is attached is
“DeVilbiss, Toledo, O. Pat’d Sept. 15, 1908”.
The bottle has the original metal siphon. This is not the original bulb, but it is old and has dried and began to crumble.
It measures 4 1/4” tall x 1 3/4” across base.
Fostoria Glass was a major supplier of glass bottles during the early years at DeVilbiss.
