I believe that this bracelet is from the Victorian era. It has tested for silver with a gold gilt finish. There are 9 stones which all register on my diamond selector, they are in varying shapes and sizes. I love the articulated bracelet which looks to be handmade. I would be interested if anybody as any idea about the stones. For myself I see that there maybe Amethyst, Garnet and could be Ruby and Sapphire. The round vivid light blue stone registers high on the diamond selector. But it looks too light to be a sapphire. Of course they could be synthetic. I hope not. I've had my fill of synthetic stone, lol. Any comments would be appreciated.
    Many thanks for looking.

      Pretty bracelet!
The light bright blue must be a blue zircon, that explain the answer of your tester :-)

Since this is Victorian, is it possible the gemstones spell out a message of sorts?

      Or family birthstones?
