The very first edition (someone school me if I am incorrect) of Land Rover Safari was the green model. Then came the blue and when it changed to the transitional model....Gold became the color. It is the gold Land Rover that is most valueable.
Very nice. Hard to find in good condition. Blue is the most common, green and gold are both pretty rare.
I have never seen the gold one, looks like a superfast! So cool!
