This little two part ceramic bear that is missing its original honey dipper, has a capital "B" on the bottom of it and says "Made In Taiwan" which probably dates him to the 1970s.
He is part of a vast collection of items from my late mothers inventory.
Not possible to know who made him.
This is a honey pot, not a cookie jar. Missing the honey stick. 1970s.

she told me you put honey in it. Don't you hate it when a 10 yr old is smarter than a 47 yr old?
Hahahaha! Find a honey stick to go with it and give it all to that clever 10 yr old!
