HOFFRITZ CIGAR CUTTER MADE IN ITALY

Someone gave me this cigar cutter, but I don't know much about it. The brand name is Hoffritz and the cutter says "Hoffritz Italy". I tried to look it up but found nothing about it. Does anyone know if this is a very old cutter? It looks like its stainless steel? and came in a little leather pouch. If anyone knows anything about these cutters, I'd sure appreciate the education on it.
