large bowl 3" tall 10 1/2" across blue and white layers of glass with silver trim edge Beautiful but I have had no luck figuring out who made it or when. Any ideas? Thank you.

yes - no marks on bottom at all - but attaching photo of bottom and side

Thank you for any help - hoping someone has seen a similar bowl or piece and knows any info. My daughter loves this bowl - hoping when I giveit to her someday I know what it is!
