    (15 items)

12" long, 8.5 " high. Heavy. Ceramic. Made in China stamped in English and Chinese on bottom. Set of two. I'd like to know the style of painting this is so that I can research the pieces better. Also I'm wondering if they are older or more recent. Thank you.

      Hi Dizzydave and Inky,

Sorry I didn't respond sooner to your wonderful input. I will look up Satsuma style.
I have seen A LOT of Foo dogs and lions, but these statues are definitely regular puppies. I haven't seen anything like them on the Internet. Quite a mystery!
