I believe this ring to be a early art and craft ring circa 1900. I would dearly love to know who made this beautiful ring. I've looked through photos and I believe it is probably British art and crafts. The is ring unmarked, for either gold or silver but as been tested for both. The main body of the ring is rectangular with a split shank joining it to the band, which as a twisted rope pattern running down the centre. The main body is made up of silver leaves and berries with four distinctive gold flowers, unfortunately one of the leaves is missing. The citrine stone is faceted and set in a raised mount with six prong claws, between the claws are six decorative swirls.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
Many thanks for looking
