We've had this double sided Black T Texaco for several months and didn't have the right pole to mount it until my wife & I took this last trip to El Paso and stopped in Budville NM on the way home and bought this pole we had seen a year earlier. We were thrilled to get it and even more thrilled to see that it was perfect for our Texaco sign. As can easily be seen it stands at the entry gate to the aaaLakeside Storage free museum in Provo Ut. Sadly enough, no one has even noticed that we put it up, since it just blends in with all the rest of the cool signs and gas pumps etc. the thrill was definitely in the hunt, the find and the purchase. Pulling it up the steep hill in the old wash was not a thrill in the 100 degree heat!

We knew about this pole for a very long time & we're very lucky it was still there when we went back. It was in the middle of no where and impossible to find the owner. Great story on this one! Only buz in town is a bar. Bar tender knew him & drew me a map in a tiny neighboring town. Long story but I found him & bought it. Had to pay too much but we now have it & the sign to go in it so I'm happy. Thx for the luv it & caring. Amazing only 11 love it?
