5 lights in total at top--- 3 tiered, 1 main and 1 looks like it may have illuminated the clock

All I find is a lot of Patients early 1900's-30s. Joseph is named a consignor for P. B. Landgraf. Again a lot of patients, looks like he made just about anything.
