I have had this kit since the late 70s. I don't think I have removed the components until tonight. Aside from a piece or three they have never been used. There was a tortoise shell fingernail cleaner that is missing. I think it is around somewhere, been looking for it for a few months.
The case was made in Austria with Yorkshire as a brand. There are no markings on the other pieces.
Looks to be from the around 1950 but that is just a guestimate.
This is great! I love seeing the complete kits like this (except for the tortoise nail file). Rarely do you see all the pieces still in them. I have a vintage trunk with the leather holders inside, but all of the items were missing when I bought it.
What kind of tweezers are those?
