    Picked this up today, so unique. I love the swarovski crystals. Its signed but i really don't know much about this designer. It would be appreciated if someone had some info on this.

      Very pretty!

      Those are rhinestones. Swarovski is not the name of a crystal, it's the name of a company that uses Austrian crystals in their jewelry.
