My Father in law (who owned a hair salon) recently passed away and this was in his collection. For over 30 years it was proudly displayed in a glass and brass case. I was so excited when I "thought" I had it figured out. Then... I realized all of the pastel ceramica pieces had green bases.... The base of this figurine has a porcelain feel, very delicate, and looks hand made. It's beautiful and the detail is wonderful!

This is hand made, most likely from Italy.
