Huge 32.5" Lidded Urn on Metal Stand

This is an amazing piece, very large. Measures 32.5" high, including Lid and Metal Stand (Stand is 3" high), and 16" diameter, at widest. Cannot find info on Signature, and not much is known about it, whether it is old or newer. Any info greatly appreciated!
