Part 1: Hand painted plates/possibly very small bowl.

Hi, I need some help with identifying these plates. I acquired them from an estate sale and the people I purchased them from did not know the history on them.

They are hand painted and have some sort of marking on the bottom (see attached pictures).

Any information would help and be greatly appropriated. I have been on many sites and have came up with nothing.

The plates are very small, just a bit smaller than saucer plates and has dept as like it could possibly be a very small bowl.
