The second piece that the mark led me investigate Welz where I found an "Orange Yellow" decor that seems to correspond to this vase. I don't want to suggest any confirmation but the mark and decor makes me want to say this should at least be thought of as possibly Welz.
Vase stands just over 8" (20.5 cm) tall.
I missed this before. I would agree that the decor is a Welz decor.
