This pretty bracelet has lovely purple stones. Does anyone know what these stones could be called. And the markings inside have a G with star around it and an arrow. I believe this was name by a Native American. Has anyone seen this markings before?

I believe the stones are purple agate. It's difficult to tell if they are agate slices, or polished, domed stones.

Purple agate stones, crystals and slices can, as with many other stones, be faked. I'm not an expert in any way.

I can't tell you anything about the design of the bracelet, or the markings. Hope someone will come along and give you some more information.

Purple spiny oyster shell? I only say because I have a similar cuff with beautiful orange cabs that are spiny oyster with similar swirl patterns. Mine is marked Sterling WB. I bought it at an auction in the early 90's, but I think mine is 1970's. Will post it for you.

Thank you Valentino97 do you guys think it could be purple malachite because it looks extanctly like the usual green version ?

It's probably shell, one of the traditional components in Native American jewelry.

It's really beautiful - and being shell doesn't mean it's less collectible than purple malachite. Still looking for my cuff and will let you know when I post it.
