Candy Dish

Can anyone tell me the age, who manufactured, and pattern of this candy dish? 6 inch wide - compote - etched Thanks.

I purchased this item at St. Vincent De Paul in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I make garden art out of not so rare candy dishes with a vase/glass in the center. This item is so beautiful and I would think it is too rare for garden art. I am trying to see if some of my items are worth keeping, taking to a flee market/etsy to try to sell, or make build feeders out of them. My house is getting too full.
