Just got this basket at a local sale and the geometric design really warms my heart. I have no idea of who could have made it. They (the estate peeps) hailed from New Mexico. Measures: 13 inches....and it lays flat. Its a keeper for sure but I would love to know what tribe or country made it :)
It's African, made by the Hausa, of Nigeria or neighboring Niger.
