These 3 books..."Tom Brown's School Days"..."A Man About The House"....
and "The Cabinda Affair" all belonged to Stu Sutcliffe. He gave these books to a neighbor at Gambier Terrace in Liverpool,where he shared an apartment with Rod Murray and John Lennon. The books were given away just prior to leaving for Hamburg with The Beatles on August 16, 1960.
The books have Sutcliffe's ink stained fingerprints on some of the pages.
These books...along with others, can been seen on the shelf above the fireplace in the apartment.
