United States Army Rangers Grant of Arms

3rd Battalion of the 75th Rangers Regimen in the United States Army Grant Of Arms. Found and bought at goodwill. Frame was worth the 3 dollars i paid. Cant find anything online about it. Roughly 12"x18". Don't know much about it at all. Was hoping someone could tell me if its original and if it had any value. Framed by The Columbus Studio In Columbus, Georgia in 1984.
