    Just acquired this lovely bowl, I'm not sure what the calligraphy says but I do like the back mark even if the piece seems a little younger

      interesting bowl! can you tell whether it is painted or transferware?

      Hi ho2culcha, the symbols appear to be handpainted under the glaze, any ideas?
