    Here we have three types of correspondence from the 1940s. Airmail, telegraphs via Western Union and Vmail. I wonder what the folks who depended on this form of communication would think of our instant messaging and skype today. I'm pretty sure they'd be impressed!

      This is wonderful. I love to find old letters like this. I agree that, with today's technology, they'd for certain be impressed!!

      good to hear from you jscott and brunswick! Believe it or not, I still write letters to three ladies and they seem to appreciate it.
