I can not find anything about this anywhere. Says Biltmore no 2322 on the inside door. My wife is going crazy trying to find anything on it. Let me know if you have any info I just thought it was beautiful!

Might have something to do with the Biltmore Estate. Only one way to find out...

Is it enameled cast iron or metal? Is it a cabinet? What sort of dimensions? Shelves inside?
    3. IronMike442, 7 years ago
I found this exact stove at an auction. A few dings here and there, a couple broken small cast parts, but am going to replicate and replace them.
Like you and your wife, I have searched high and low for information on this stove or manufacturer, and cannot find anything. Actually, you are the only other person on the internet with any thing to do with this stove. Ill add any info I find.

Your post gave me something to do while having my morning coffee. When I did Biltmore searches I kept coming up with the Majestic stove company. They made cooking stoves, but do you think they might have made a line of coal heaters and Biltmore is a model name? So attractive and a beautiful color.

Please show more pictures, you can use 4. (Properly oriented.) Take them in the proper orientation, or if you take them sideways save them correctly before uploading.

Insert, as in fireplace insert. It has to have an exhaust or people would die using it.

What are the orange parts made of? Glass? Porcelain? Painted iron?

When you are asking for info - you must describe EVERYTHING. (I was always told, as if you are describing it to a blind person - or as if you have no photos.)

I did see the Majestic company's model, but don't believe it was made by them. The one I have has a model # 2649.
Ill post pics as soon as I can get them loaded.

It's Arts & Crafts period. It reminds me of Roycroft.

I am unfamiliar with this site, I posted to a collection, called "Biltmore #2649 Coal Circulator stove"
    13. Celiene Celiene, 7 years ago
It's called a Tileona Circulating Heater by Orbon. Circa 1929 or thereabouts. See IronMike442 's entry for all the info I found!

Contact the guys at this forum (see ad Newspaper ad, too):

They are still in business, but called Peerless Premier Appliance Co. You might want to contact them. Maybe they have more information. (They do not give the full history of Orbon... - I'll provide a link to THAT as well.)
