Perhaps mid-century. There is dovetail work on it. Nice and stable, and rocks perfectly. The paint on the horse is a little bit worn. I will take this along with me this coming week, as I will have a table at the weekly antique/brocante market. Also going is the wooden umbrella stand.
I can't keep it all.... :-(((

That's the first rocking horse chair I've ever seen. Seen rocking horses, but never the chair. Great find and incredible bargain!!!
scotty - I've never seen one like this, either. I looked at a ton of Google Images but didn't find one quite like this one.
I really love this. Is the chair adult size? I see the little bar across the front so it's a little hard to tell, but, IDK, I would have a hard time letting it go. :)
Especially for .76 cents. This would be so perfect for a log cabin deck. Or any nice big porch. You did good!!
OGF - it's for a child. It does look rather big when you compare it to other rocking horses.
