    I found this beautiful lamp base, complete with melamine electrical fittings which appear to be from 1920s. Cable is also of the same period. The ceramic is a moulded. Art deco styled, Koi carp. I was thinking it was probably German. Or American, as in McCoy's Artistic pottery. But the shape is more simple than any examples I've seen for McCoys'. Any Ideas. Please throw it at me.... Thanks

      The fish are Siamese fighting fish - Bettas. I didn't find anything like it on the web.

      This piece was not made by McCoy. the glaze is too bright
