    Heavy pretty solid glass dish? Ashtray? Green to purple outside. Anyone know info on this? It weights about 3 pounds or more! 5 1/4" across.

      Not geode.
      Murano geode glass is multiple layers with a polished rim that shows the layers, much like a....geode!
      Possibly Murano anyway.
