This must have been an "end-of-day" piece when the artisan just collected all of the different scraps of glass remaining at the workbench and made them into a final colorful vase. The bottle is more likely a barber bottle or a bud vase, (though I do suspect a genii resides within :-) It stands 8" inches tall and is about 3.5" in diameter at the base. The walls are quite thick and the object is heavy for its size. Pulled swirls of red, green, white, blue are randomly mingled giving a marbled appearance. There is an applied metallic oxide surface treatment in greens, golds, and purples. This décor is more frequently seen in the organic shape illustrated in the fourth photo, so I was happy to find the less common bottle shaped example of this décor.
