My favorite color! This was a gift from my sister a few years ago. At that time there were a few online but I don't see them anymore. I believe this is from the 1950's but a patent date states 1964.
8.75"x5.25" by 4" 1950's (The round metal tag says Genuine Leather Shortrip Reg US Pat Off) Deep green faux alligator leather case. Truly an overnight item in its small, handbag size. It's missing one jar. The 2 tall are marked Richford and the short ones have the HA (hazel atlas) mark. In pic 2 you can see how the bottles lifted out. Below the snap compartment is marked "jewelry" and in pic 4 you can see the soft "quilt" to protect precious items like rhinestones, glass, diamonds! There must have been a mirror. It doesn't look like it was used at all.
I think she found it at a junk store in Quincy or Hannibal Missouri.
