    Hello reposting this trunk with more photo's and info. Thanks to all who have helped try to find its origin. It measures 36L x 16W x 18 1/2 H. It has a wooden floor with metal reinforcements and is otherwise metal.

      Lacking any identifying marks/labels, your chances of finding out who made these trunks are slim to none. There are others exactly like this posted on the web and no manufacturer is listed. Your Mystery in regard to what it is and how old it is has been solved.
