      Chinese on how the design is and Mid to late 20th century due to the color of the enamel the blue is a newer color on modern pieces and I would expect the word China to be written on the bottom in the enamel for a older piece if the blue was the right color. Also looking at the pictures hard to tell the enamel looks to clean for a older piece. Modern cloisonne is fired with gas instead of coal or wood.
