      Your's is pretty rare, and dates to the 1980's.

      They eventually became TecTel Industries.

      Eventually: Paul Nelson Industries a TecTel Company. (TecTel made phones in Taiwan) Then just TelTec Inc.

      Here is the same box phone. ANd I also found one with BAR printed on the globe. (This may be a replacement globe here.).
