Around 13" height, 4 kg weight.
It's seem like for the industrial use, not for house hold.
I can't find more detail on that item.
Is there any bottle opener expert tell me more information.
    Thanks!

The wood looks like it's been replaced to me, but other than that, I have no info.
      It looks almost military!

From a restaurant where they serve a LOT of wine. :-)It's a counter top-mount. The wood is just to display it.

Oh, yes sorry for not mention, like uncleRon said, this is a table mound version, the wooden stand is made for the item standing, left handle to hold the neck of the bottle, right handle to pull up to open the cork of the wine.

Restaurants and saloons serving wine . Passenger aircraft have them mounted to the galley counter.
