Looks to me like a Tiffany style lampshade, not a Tiffany original. Tiffany style lampshades are fairly common. But perhaps one of our glass experts here can tell you more as my knowledge is very limited. :)
You need more photo's of base and electric cord . It appears to be a reproduction from the one photo you posted .
