Found this in a local antique shop. It appears to have the original clothes and a mohair wig. I would assume that it is from the 1920s/1930s (?)
Could possibly be a GEM "C hubby Kid" Doll.

Very nice and looks all original ,they are most often referred to as "Carnival Dolls"
I agree around 1920's give or take . So cute ! and with Mohair wig not as common to find .
