This double-sided porcelain street sign retired from Queens in the city of New York. It dates to the 1930s. Hook Creek Blvd., as a fun fact, runs along the New York City and Long Island borderline.

Queens street signs had navy blue backgrounds with white scripted letters, and they were replaced in the 1950s by black on white signage of the same shape.
