Here is another vintage Circus costume from the Mark and Debra Miller private collection, believed to be made by the Eaves-Brooks costume company from NY.
Light Blue and garnished in rhinestones and sequin.
Near mint condition.

I'm interested in the fabrics and assembly of this. Is the fabric a rayon crepe type or a light wool? The beading is all glass?
