Victorian antique chair?

This was my grandma’s chair. I’m not sure what type of chair this is…. victorian, chippendale, french….etc? I’ve looked for hours at different style chairs and I belive it’s maybe victorian but I’m have a really hard time finding it. It has MOP flowers and doves I believe on the back splat. Can anyone help with the era date and what type of chair this is. This is a very short chair as well.
