I picked up a vintage Shoe Shine Footstool a few months ago and have not been able to find any accessories for it. That is until last Friday. I picked up 5-6 pieces for it at an antique mall I visited for the first time. That was old downtown Upland which has 4 small antique malls plus a several places to eat.
As with usual with these pieces it is difficult to find solid info. No UPC symbols on it so that makes it vintage. UPC symbols ruin the box art. I don't like to make date estimates as I don't anyone quoting me on that.
Two colors here, one is black and the other cordova whatever that is.
In the last photo there they are in their new home. Cat toys are out and shoe mstuff is in.
Years ago, I used to hear people say, "You can't tell s**t from Shinola". Now I understand....LOL!!
So this is Shinola!! Now I can actually say I know the difference:)
