I found this Ring along with an antique Jewelry I brought in a flea Market, belong to a Retired Military who pass, and I don't know anything else about this ring, the two dragons are attached to the ring with very old nails. it does said on the edge on the ring 22k and 9K and some other letters, Thank you!! The Stone is clear Blue.

the marking are fade but with a glass amplify I can see number like 22 K and also 9K and like a name maybe?

The ring mount is molded - the dragons were not added separately. There should not be two different gold marks. I suggest taking it to a reputable jeweler for a precious metal test.
