who is J Miller & Co German clock maker

I can't find anything out about this clock maker, also can't find anything on Google about it. I am told this clock was made between 1910 and 1930 and that the movement was sand cast brass and is antique. It does have brass chains. And that the original face was pinned. Can anyone tell me more about the clock or maker? Any info at all will be appreciated.
