A Belleek Shell Plateau with yellow luster to the coral on the bottom. This one has a 3rd mark (black) dating it to between 1926 and 1946. I'm not sure anyone calls these "plateau" any more, but it's basically a decorative dish.
These come in several sizes up to what most would consider a center piece size, which if I recall is about 12" L x 9" W x 4" H.
