Released 1997 this George Washington from the GI Joe Classic Collection. Unfortunately he is missing his sextant and map, they are probably around he someplace.
This has the early 90s Duke body. Shortly a new more articulated body was used for their 12" figures along with a reissue of the original GI Joe body.
In case one may not have noted this is for Washington's birthday.
