Look at this prize! And it's just the beginning of all of it. A friend of mine works with iron and over the years he has collected and made many different objects. I don't see the real cute heart in here that he made but I'll show you later.

I have not dated any of these but know there are some Wagner cast iron skillets. I think my favorite of all things is those old hedge clippers! I love the heck outta those and they are sharp, and also, those are now mine. YEY!!! Take a look at that old sprinkler! Thanks very cool too and the marshmallow cooker for a fire pit. Love those too! Don't know if the old waffle iron shows but it's the kind you hold in the fire.

As far as the pots and skillets go, if you have them seasoned properly, there is nothing better to cook in, in my opinion anyway.

Thanks for looking and hope you enjoy!

Thanks Val. I don't use Teflon at all. To be honest, they are good for you so please think about tossing them and getting something new...ok old but new to you. Cast Iron is actually healthy to cook in and it may just be a bit but you will get some iron your body uses when cooking with these. But still, your dinner sounds so good right now. Is there extra??? haha

fort, you are so very right! I still haven't gotten to them yet! But I can certainly hear them calling for me and if I don't hurry, they will all be screaming at me!!! LOL!

iggy, what? You sprinkle??? haha just kidding! That sprinkler is sooo cool! I have to say, having a system is nice but I'd rather just water it all myself. I love doing all yard work. Except the cleanup!!!! I used the hedge clippers yesterday, these truly are the best ones I've ever had and I worked till just after dark!! It looks really good out there!!!

What a haul Susie! The good thing about them is a little oil, a little seasoning and there good as new :-)

I do have a question though... I don't understand your comment in paragraph 2. Why would you date a frying pan... I'm sure there's some good looking guys out there in California LOL.
