    Hello1935
    (1 item)

This very old Coca Cola Key Holder is believed from the early 1900's. It is
1 7/8 wide X 1 7/16 high. I believe it is made of bronze. It shows a woman holding a bottle over the Coca Cola emblem. In the upper right corner is a marking that makes it an original. On the left in a swirling ribbon it says:
REFRESHING AND DELICIOUS. Between that and the woman it says:
Atlanta G.A. U.S.A. This item came from my Mothers estate who died in 1950.

It's a fun novelty item but not old nor anything put out by Coca-Cola. The artistry is really creative. "Refreshing and Delicious" instead of "Delicious and Refreshing". Nude woman (Asa Candler is rolling over in his grave). Coca-Cola logo not quite all there. Maker marked Tiffany Foundry. I've seen a lot of belt buckles but never a key fob. Sound like it has important sentimental value so hold onto it and enjoy. Hope this doesn't bum you out because it's a neat object.

My Mother and her Mother collected a great deal of rare antiques. One item that I will not part with is a Colt .22 Pistol. It was made in 1922 and was known as the Pencil gun. It has a long and small diameter barrel. The Colt was chambered for the .22 long cartridge, not the .22 long rifle one. After it was built came the .22 Woodsman. In the near future I will post it with photo's.
