We do not know anything about this item. I know it was my grandmother's lamp, possibly even older than that.

Is it marked anywhere?
I have one just like it, nice but not Tiffany.
You should be able to get on antiques roadshow site and look up these lamps as they have had more than several on the show. They name some ot the makers. Do not have time myself to look up, but easy to do.
