    Just received these from my Father. All I know is that they were acquired from my grandfather over 50 years ago from a home in Newport that was foreclosing. Need to find out how to clean them up. I love them

      They look around later 1960's to early 1970's when there was a big booming lamp import business with lamps from California to Italy. This looks very much like from the collection my father found in an alley. Same base style.
