I think I got this ring from. $1.00 box at a shop. This ring has an oriental look to it, but it is not marked. Has anyone seen anything like this before. Is the blue part plastic? The band on this ring is very cheap looking and peeling.

Nice! I think, if the mount is peeling, it is costume, made to look as Chinese export ring,
The blue stone is either plastic, either Czech glass. A gentle tap against your front tooth will tell (not saying you have only one front tooth, uh... and... this test is of no use if you have a denture, lol).
