I have this religious medallion and cannot identify it. It's not much bigger than a quarter and I don't have much more information about it. Can you help me identify it?

The last five letters are tist. It could be guardian angel

This medallion has John the Baptist being decapitated. Finally identified the word as "Baptista." The O.I. N. Is Hebrew and more commonly seen as "Oin."
The reverse is Mary holding Baby Jesus on her lap. There are 2 tiny angels floating
above her head on each side above her head
